I’m Oliver Scharfenberg, and I’m delighted to share my story with you. My educational path includes being a registered trainer by the Berlin Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK Berlin), guiding young individuals toward a career in office communications (Ausbildereignung für den Beruf Kaufmann für Bürokommunikation). Holding a German degree as a Bachelor Professional (Betriebswirt HWK), I furthered my education at Middlesex University in London, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. My Master’s thesis focused on assessing quality seals in marketing. Currently, I’m pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhDr.) degree at DTI University. My (rigorosum) doctoral thesis revolves around a market analysis of existing quality seals.

Through my various companies, I’ve the privilege of working with clients in Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland, and Türkiye. Our mission is to assist employers in attracting the right specialists and new customers while aiding organizations in enhancing their attractiveness as employers and becoming more sustainable. International corporations, medium-sized companies and small businesses rely on our expertise. With plans to expand globally, our team is dedicated to creating trust worldwide.

Beyond the professional realm, I am passionate about playing floorball (unihockey) with my team and love exploring new countries like the United States, Italy, and Greece. Previously, I served as an elected honorary district councilor (Kreistagsabgeordneter) for the district of Teltow Flaeming in the German state of Brandenburg. My involvement extends to roles such as a former commercial judge (Handelsrichter) at the Berlin Regional Court (Landgericht Berlin) and an former honorary judge (ehrenamtlicher Richter) at the Berlin-Brandenburg Fiscal Court (Finanzgericht Berlin-Brandenburg). Volunteering remains a significant part of my life, contributing to various areas of society and i support different projects. More Informations
